JET is about people and organisations. JET is about working with people and organisations that want to do the right thing the right way. JET does not want to set people and organisations up to fail. JET does not want to have to become competition.

JET is Local - JET was born in Central Australia and established October 2004.

JET is innovative solutions - JET staff work towards innovative employment and training programs. Just one of the successful programs JET delivers is the Northern Territory Government Driver Training and Licencing (DTAL) Program.

JET is not exclusive - JET, is able to work with everyone and anyone.

JET stands alone - JET is not depdendent on Government funding nor is it a pilot program.

JET is about reality -JET is aware of the impact of skills shortages and shrinking labour pool plus the aging population in our local community. JET creates partnership within our local community to assist in bridging these shortages and understands we have to be innovative to pitch ourselves as part of the solution.
